Refund policy
At Beyond Beauty Australia, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing products of the highest quality at an affordable price.
Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel an order for any reason, including change of mind and may receive a full refund, provided we receive written notice prior to processing your order. Once processing has started, we are unable to offer a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully - we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for skin and oral care products once they have been dispatched due to health and safety regulations.
Returns are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact beyondbeautyaus@gmail.com with your refund request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers have the right to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are defective or do not comply with consumer guarantees.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via email at beyondbeautyaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and provide the appropriate remedy which may include a replacement, repair, credit or refund, in line with your rights under the law.
Warranties
Beyond Beauty Australia offers a 12-month warranty on products which are found to be faulty or damaged, except (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law) if the fault or damage is due to:
- normal wear and tear
- damage arising from improper assembly or modification of the product
- damage arising from abnormal use or abuse of the product
- damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care of the product, or
- damage to external product packaging only.
We will assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature of the damage or fault, we may arrange to:
- send missing parts (if applicable)
- replace the product (subject to availability)
- offer an alternative product; or
- offer a partial or full credit voucher or refund
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
